Requirements:

• 2/3 years marketing/sales experience in adervertising preferred
• Ability to cold call potential customers, build relationships and a track record of closing contracts
• Ability to meet sales goals of team leaders on a consistent basis

Compensation:

• Bi-weekly draw against commission (negotiable against sales history)
• Commission rates 30% of gross sales based on full rate and length of contracts sold
• No commission lower than 10% of gross sales

The successful "National Director of Marketing" will be responsible for
managing their own time, meet the sales goals of station management, and
report all contacts and sales leads on a weekly basis. This position is made
available to qualified applicants as a sub-contractor to GLBT Radio Network.
GLBT Radio Network will provide IRS form 1099 for income reporting purposes.
"NDM" will be responsible for all federal and state tax filing.
